Track: Hotel Lux – The Carvery

Ahead of their Dec 1st London headline show at Oslo, London-via-Portsmouth six-piece, Hotel Lux have returned with festive spirit in tow. ‘The Carvery’ toasts to Nigella with a video dripped with VHS home video nostalgia and Stella drenched karaoke. It’s a proper Christmas song and one that, somehow, was written and recorded in a single day.

What They Said: “Our contender for Christmas number one. Last year we were challenged to muster up a Christmas tune in a day at RAK studios. We wanted to appeal to that Christmas nostalgia, a bit of Slade, a bit of The Pogues. This year we’re releasing it for all the world to stream. Let’s toast Nigella”
